How much lean hamburger (for protein) should a 140lb man eat to stay healthy for a day?

To be overly simplistic. With say just lean hamburger how much a 140lb adult about the age of 50 should eat to have enough protein in the diet for one day? Would a 1/4 pound hamburger be enough for a day? Assume protein from no other sources.

well ignoring for a moment that thats a lot of red meat, a quarter pounder probably has about 20g of protein in it (i’m guesstimating) you want to get about half a gram per pound of body weight, so if your 140 pounds you want about 70g of protein.
